Born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, Cody Coffey grew up in the family auction and real estate business. From an early age, weekends often meant helping at auctions, giving him a firsthand understanding of the industry long before making it his career.
After graduating from Bloomington High School South, where he played varsity baseball for four years, Cody continued his athletic career at Kaskaskia College in Centralia, Illinois. In 2013, he officially joined the family business and earned his Indiana Real Estate Broker's License the following year.
Today, Cody manages many of the company's auction operations while helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. His specialties include farmland, recreational land, hunting properties, and country homes, but he enjoys helping clients with all types of real estate throughout southern Indiana. His calm, hardworking approach and attention to detail have made him a trusted resource for clients navigating important decisions.
Cody is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and holds both the Auction Technology Specialist (ATS) and Auction Summit designations. He is also a member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS®, the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys hunting, recreational softball, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his Brittany Spaniel, Tate. He attends South Union Christian Church and enjoys experiencing new places whenever he has the opportunity.
